Let Alta Apartments help with very low rental rates. During the 2008 spring/summer, rent will only be $105 per month! The rate for fall/winter 2008-2009 is $235. For spring and summer a deposit of $200 is required at the time of the contract along with the first and last months rent. For fall and winter 2008-2009 an initial deposit of $200 is required along with the first and last months rent. Rent includes the following utilities:
